Standard Toolbar

The Standard toolbar appears or disappears in the area below the menu bar. It is a toolbar of important features, such as New, Open, Save, collected in the form of icons that are frequently used for creating documents.

New - Creates a new empty workbook with a given number of worksheets (File > New). (Ctrl + N)
Open - Displays the (File > Open) dialog box to open existing workbooks. (Ctrl +O)
Save - Saves the active workbook. Displays the dialog box if a workbook is saved the first time (File > Save as). (Ctrl + s)
Permission - (Added in 2003) Used in conjunction with windows rights management service.
